We received our Downs Ranch beef last week. We cooked the short ribs first!! Oh dear me…absolutely DELICIOUS, TENDER & LOTS of meat on those ribs!! Visited our local market the day after cooking ours, & comparesd to the ones from Downs Ranch, they were “PATHETIC” mostly fat with just a sliver of meat!!! We also cooked the tenderloins and I’m not lying when I say that they were the absolute best doggone tenderloins that we’ve ever eaten!
